Clara Bay ^(DK)

Clara Bay is a Research and Analysis Associate at Another Life, where she works to improve access, representation and working conditions in the Danish music and cultural industry, particularly for underrepresented groups and women. She has been part of developing a comprehensive survey currently being conducted across the sector, aiming to generate new insights and strengthen inclusive practices within the music industry.
