Christina Holm Dahl is an independent consultant working with the concepts of musicianship (musikerskab) and lived musical life, notably through her podcast Musikerskab. She developed a musicianship model to help artists balance career understanding with personal artistic drive and life circumstances. She previously served as Vice-Rector at the Southern Danish Academy of Music. She is hosting Musikerskab LIVE at SPOT+.
