Rikke Andersen has led SPOT Festival since January 2024. Former venue manager and booker at Fermaten (Herning), she brings experience across the creative and organizational sides of the music industry. Her background spans labels, marketing/communications, and projects like the Aarhus Calling camp. She chairs Danish Live and serves on the boards of Tempi and the Jutland Arts Foundation.
