Karen Vincent is currently the CEO of Warner Music and the Chairman of the Board of IFPI. She has worked in the music industry for over twenty years in various roles within PR and marketing, holds a Master of Arts in Modern Culture and Cultural Mediation and an MBA in Administration and Management. She is a co-founder of the association SheCanPlay, which aims to change the gender balance in Danish music. In addition to IFPI, she sits on the boards of Johan Borups Højskole, Syddansk Musikkonservatorium (The Music conservatorium of Southern Denmark) and Promus.
