How is the music industry experienced, and who actually has access to stay in it? In this mini-workshop, we take participants’ own experiences as our starting point through reflection exercises and dialogue.
Together, we explore how background, working conditions, and industry structures influence the ways we navigate the music field—and the opportunities and barriers we encounter along the way. The workshop builds on insights from ongoing change processes and an upcoming industry study that gathers lived experiences from across the sector. Gain new insights, share your experiences, and help turn knowledge into action in the music industry.
