Sofie Mathiasen is a 19-year-old singer-songwriter whose alternative pop music world is drenched in raw intimacy and poetic expression. Sofie’s work is not bound by convention, but instead embraces the deeper, more lyrical corners of pop, inviting listeners into a reflective world of vulnerability and haunting beauty.
Of Austrian and Danish heritage with a childhood spent in South America, Sofie is currently studying at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus as a songwriter. Her first EP will be released soon along with much more music in store for 2025.
