In 2023, Sira Jovina made a name for herself on TikTok, inviting her rapidly growing audience into her teenage bedroom. There, she wrote songs, mastered multiple instruments, and performed acoustic versions from the safest place she knew—her bed. Just before the year ended, she independently released her first song, ‘Længe Siden’, produced by her older brother, Emil, with her father, Asger, on bass.
In 2024, 20-year-old Sira Jovina signed with Def Jam and released the EP ‘Min Drøm, Min Altid’, presenting her story and musical vision. A creative project tailored to Jovina’s own artistic instincts, it extended beyond the music into a visual universe that connected the bedroom with dreams—and, above all, ambition. In the fall, she released the single ‘Oktobernat’, which also made it onto the setlist when she performed as part of VEGAs Udvalgte in January.
