Martin & Marco met in Berlin over a decade ago, brought together by a shared obsession with digging through vinyl bins in search of the stranger corners of disco. What began as long hours in record stores developed into a collection spanning everything from Japanese and Nigerian disco of the ’70s and ’80s to Ibiza-rooted disco house from the turn of the millennium.
Now based in Aarhus, they have become a steady presence in the local disco scene while continuing to play in Berlin, the city where the project first took shape.
Their sets draw on the warmer edges of the genre - Mediterranean vibe, world disco and house beats with a disco pulse - guided by a simple idea: to create a dancefloor where people feel comfortable, open and ready to move. Preferably with a Negroni in hand.
