Lever harpist Lucie Hendry exists in a space where tradition and musical curiosity intertwine with nature’s rich palette of colours and textures. Rooted in the Scottish folk tradition and shaped by the Nordic music scene, her music traces an organic, evolving journey - richly layered, soulful, and immersive.
Lucie is releasing her second album, ‘Ashes to Art’, in April 2026. The album reflects on navigating life’s shifting seasons, mirrored in the natural rhythms and cycles of the woods, seas, and earth. Lucie and her band present a distinctive blend of original folk music infused with contemporary jazz influences, creating a sound shaped by her experiences and collaborations since relocating to Denmark in 2020.
Since her move, she has performed with established artists such as TV-2, Allan Olsen, and Rumpistol Ensemble, while her expressive harp playing continues to attract growing attention.
