With her album ‘Seinferð’, produced by Teitur, Lea Kampmann invites the listener into a musical space that feels like sitting inside an acoustic guitar. Lea’s performances are known for creating an intimate atmosphere where the audience is welcomed into a space of calm and reflection. She’s not just a singer - she’s a storyteller.
Lea is a Faroese singer-songwriter, celebrated for her ability to captivate listeners with her soulful vocals and poignant lyrics. In 2024, she toured Denmark with Lucky Lo, and in 2022, she toured with Katinka Band.
In 2021, she won the Faroese Music Award for Song of the Year with ‘Kanska’, and in 2018 she was nominated for four awards, taking home the prize for Artist of the Year.
A multi-instrumentalist, Lea sings and plays both guitar and violin on stage. Joining her live are Sara Flindt (keys), Aske Frydenlund-Vad (acoustic guitar), and Lukas Loeb (double bass and saxophone). This live constellation forms the backbone of concerts that shift between whispering and explosive moments, sing-alongs, tapping guitar solos, saxophone, and violin passages. A concert experience that celebrates sensitivity, connection, and the power of music.
