DEEJADE sounds like big emotions and zero compromise. Through heartfelt vocal arrangements, she adds depth to an otherwise intense sonic landscape of hard-hitting beats and adrenaline-fueled synths. Her music creates a space where it's okay to be “hyper-sensitive” — whether you're at rock bottom or speeding at 200 km/h with a confetti cannon under each arm.
Behind the project DEEJADE is 24-year-old Freja, who gained radio play on stations like P3 and P4 from her very first release, along with features in several media outlets. Last year, she released a music short film with five accompanying tracks, which was featured on the Ekko Shortlist and premiered by GAFFA. Additionally, her latest singles, ‘BLACK BELT’ and ‘TALK TALK’, received airplay on Popdatering and placements on playlists such as Fresh Finds Nordics and NMF.
DEEJADE has been described as an artist with major international potential — something clearly reflected in both her music and visual universe. It's evident that this is a project with sky-high ambitions and no limits in sight.
