Joe Berman is a Los Angeles–based music executive and co-founder of MediaHorse, a publishing and sync agency representing a diverse roster of artists, writers, and composers for visual media worldwide.
With more than 30 years in the industry, his background spans A&R, publishing, licensing, artist management, and marketing. Through MediaHorse, he leads synchronization strategy, creative catalog marketing, and global licensing across advertising, film, and television.
Joe has secured major sync placements for global brands including Apple, American Express, Toyota, Volkswagen, Hilton, Microsoft, and Victoria’s Secret, as well as extensive film and TV placements across leading networks and streaming platforms.
He is also co-founder of SongHub, a music technology start-up developing blockchain-based rights management solutions for publishers and performing rights organizations.
