Danish-Faroese singer and songwriter Lea Eyðbjørg has, in record time, established herself as one of the most captivating new voices on the Nordic music scene. With a rare combination of vulnerability and strength, she has created her own honest and raw sonic universe, where Nordic, hand-played melancholy meets powerful electronic pop songs.
Lea Eyðbjørg debuted in October 2023 with the single ‘blå nætter’, which quickly found its way onto both Faroese and Danish radio. Since then, her music has gained traction with a growing audience, and in less than two years she has been named P3’s Uundgåelige and selected as an opener for Roskilde Festival’s First Days program in 2025.
She released her debut EP, ‘kærlighedsdigte til de uhjælpelige’, in spring 2024 and has since been writing and recording a wealth of new music set to be released throughout 2026.
Many of these songs will be presented live when Lea tours the country in spring, visiting a range of cities for the first time. Audiences can look forward to being enveloped in majestic melancholy, poetic presence, and powerful electronic sounds when this Danish-Faroese talent performs at SPOT 2026.
