Trivsel i musiklivet – er udviklingen gået i stå? (Danish)

Presented by The Music Industry Partnership for Sustainable Development in collaboration with Koda

EN DK

Well-being has become a key topic in the music industry. Musicians’ well-being has been mapped, analysed and widely discussed, and several actors have launched initiatives to improve conditions within their own organisations. However, across the sector, we have yet to move from describing the challenges to creating shared solutions that can make a lasting difference.

This session invites an open and forward-looking conversation about well-being in music across individual, organisational and structural perspectives.

Building on the work of the Music Industry Partnership, we ask the key questions: Where has the momentum gone, and how do we create a collective movement that can lead to long-term change?

Following a short introduction from the partnership, three voices from research, psychology and the music industry come together in a conversation that both challenges and qualifies the way forward.

The session invites active audience participation in discussing what it will take to create real change.

The panel features Vibeke Lunding-Gregersen, Jakob Sørensen and Dan Hvidtfelt. The session is facilitated by Amanda Viuf Hammerich.

Panel discussion in Danish.

I panelet sidder Vibeke Lunding-Gregersen (erhvervspsykolog), Jakob Sørensen (founder The Banks) og Dan Hvidtfelt (lektor). Facilitator er Amanda Viuf Hammerich (chefkonsulent).

Paneldebatten er på dansk
