Thane has a background at Warner and founded The Line of  Best Fit, one of the most defining music media platforms for emerging artists. Today, he is Associate Director of Artist & Label Strategy at the music company Secretly Distribution, which handles distribution for companies like Ghostly, Sacred Bones, and Third Man Records. 

Thane will share his experiences from a career in the independent  music industry, including its limitations and opportunities over time as well as his perspectives on the role that Danish and Nordic indie labels currently have - and should play in the future.
