Sourcing and Working with Third Party Sync Agencies

Labels and publishers often struggle to expand their international sync presence because cold outreach to music supervisors rarely succeeds. With tight deadlines, endless submissions, and complex clearance processes, supervisors are constantly inundated, making unsolicited pitches ineffective.

Working with established sync agents who have local market knowledge and strong industry relationships can significantly improve placement opportunities. In this panel, industry professionals share insights into how to identify and approach potential sync agent partners and how to build productive collaborations across different territories.

The session offers practical perspectives on how international sync partnerships work and how rights holders can strengthen their global sync strategy.

Sourcing and Working with Third Party Sync Agencies
