The music industry must be a safe place to work for everyone.
That’s why the industry’s largest companies have joined forces to define a common standard for a safe psychological work environment, aimed at preventing and addressing harmful behavior – with a special focus on freelancers, self-employed individuals, and artists.
In this session, we will highlight why it is important for everyone to be aware of and commit to the new industry standard. We will also discuss the challenges and dilemmas that may arise in meeting this standard in the music industry – and how to navigate them.
Companies behind the initiative:
Live Nation, Luger, PDH, Sony Music, United Stage, Universal Music, Warner Music, Labelmade, The Bank, Edition Wilhelm Hansen, GL Music – in collaboration with Musikforlæggerne, IFPI, and the Danish Agents' Association.
Panelists: Jan-Erik Stig, Head of A&R, Warner // Charlotte Paludan, Nordic Head of Synchronization EWH // Julia Bratland, A&R Manager, Sony // Sarah Sølvsteen, CEO, Luger Denmark and Chairwoman i Danish Agents Association (D.A.S.)
