Drift
Founded project by Linnea Hildén and Jeppe Hauberg, this duo constellation of vibraphone and cello explores the moment when you begin drifting into daydreaming. Acoustic instruments combined with effect pedals open up undiscovered landscapes to sink into and explore. By combining influences from modern jazz, improvised music, and ambient soundscapes, the duo creates a unique and intimate sound palette that invites the audience to drift into the inner world. The repertoire consists of original compositions made for this instrumentation. 

Beethoven Duets Reimagined
“Beethoven Duets Reimagined” is a saxophone and bassoon duo, presenting an interpretation of Beethoven’s 3 Duets for Clarinet and Bassoon. You are invited to explore how the balance and character of how pieces change when performed on instruments other than that which the pieces are composed for, the challenges faced in putting together such arrangements, and other insights into their ongoing work.

The Fractal Saxophone Quartet
The Fractal Saxophone Quartet will perform at the ARTOS Festival on May 14th, but are first taking their nearly performance-ready repertoire to be presented at UnderSPOT first. It is precisely at this point that the most subtle and delicate issues tend to emerge. Witness this unconventional quartet as they work on the pieces live, refine details, address challenges as they arise, and demonstrate how interpretation of classical works takeshape in real time.

Drift
Drift er et projekt grundlagt af Linnea Hildén og Jeppe Hauberg. Denne duo-konstellation med vibrafon og cello udforsker øjeblikket, hvor man begynder at glide ind i dagdrømme. Akustiske instrumenter kombineret med effektpedaler åbner op for uudforskede lydlandskaber, man kan synke ned i og udforske. Ved at forene inspiration fra moderne jazz, improviseret musik og ambient soundscapes skaber duoen en unik og intim lydpalette, der inviterer publikum til at forsvinde ind i deres indre verden. Repertoiret består af originale kompositioner skrevet specifikt til denne instrumentering.

Beethoven Duets Reimagined
“Beethoven Duets Reimagined” er en duo bestående af saxofon og fagot, som præsenterer deres fortolkning af Beethovens 3 Duetter for Klarinet og Fagot. Publikum inviteres til at udforske, hvordan balance og karakter i værkerne ændrer sig, når de fremføres på andre instrumenter end dem, de oprindeligt er komponeret til. Der gives også indblik i udfordringerne ved at skabe sådanne arrangementer samt duoens løbende kunstneriske arbejde.

The Fractal Saxophone Quartet
The Fractal Saxophone Quartet optræder ved ARTOS Festival den 14. maj, men tager først deres næsten koncertklare repertoire med til UnderSPOT. Det er netop i denne fase, at de mest subtile og delikate udfordringer ofte opstår. Oplev denne utraditionelle kvartet arbejde live med værkerne, finpudse detaljer, håndtere udfordringer undervejs og demonstrere, hvordan fortolkningen af klassiske værker tager form i realtid.
