MARQ has long existed in the background of Aarhus’ underground hip-hop scene, but is now stepping forward as a releasing artist in his own right. On his first single, ‘INTROLUDE’, he is joined by prominent names such as Jonathan Bremer and Oilly Wallace on the recording - collaborations that point to a special talent and that were met with broad interest from several media outlets. With the follow-up, the energetic ‘DEN DER’, MARQ moves stylistically into more classic hip-hop territory, highlighting the breadth of his artistic range.
