Når passion bliver arbejde: Trivsel i musikbranchen (Danish)

Presented by Proud Artist

EN DK

How do we create a music industry where young artists can both succeed – and stay well while doing it?

Many emerging musicians experience pressure early in their careers from expectations, pace and constant visibility in an industry where success is often measured quickly – but rarely sustainably.

The Proud Artist initiative, explore whether well-being can be strengthened by introducing knowledge, networks and honest conversations about life in the music industry at an early stage.

In this panel discussion, voices from radio, live venues, mental health, regional cultural development and festival booking meet to discuss responsibility, pressure and opportunities.

What does it take to build a sustainable career in music – and who is responsible for artists’ well-being?
