A manager can be crucial when building a sustainable music career. But how do you find the right match – and what do managers actually look for in new artists? And what are you looking for as an artist in a manager?
At SPOT+ 2026, artists and music professionals have the opportunity to meet a group of experienced Danish artist managers through a series of focused speed meetings designed to create direct dialogue and new connections between artists and managers.
The session begins with a short introduction exploring the dynamics of the artist–manager relationship – from expectations and communication to long-term strategy and career development. Afterwards, selected artists will take part in a series of one-on-one meetings with managers, offering the opportunity to present their project, ask questions and receive direct feedback from professionals working across different genres and career stages.
You can apply for a spot at this speedmeeting seesion through the form HERE
The deadline to apply is April 8, and all applicants will receive a response no later than April 16. If you are selected to participate, you must purchase your own Delegate Pass for SPOT+ 2026.
