Meet The Music Supervisors
Get the opportunity to meet up with the brightest minds in art of music supervison
When the end credits roll and the first piano notes resonate through a dark cinema, a single song may have helped transform a scene from good to unforgettable. Think of the fragile, off-kilter soundscape in ‘Poor Things’, the raw nerve of ‘I May Destroy You’, or the pop-cultural moments in ‘Sex Education’. Music is not just background – it is character and emotion, supporting the director’s storytelling.
At SPOT+ 2026, a strong delegation of international and Danish music supervisors will gather – the key creative players who match the right song with the right scene. They are behind global brand campaigns, award-winning films, and trendsetting series, and now they are sharing their knowledge, experience, and networks with the industry at SPOT+.
As part of SPOT+ 2026, music publishers, record label professionals, and managers are invited to apply to participate in Meet The Music Supervisors, an exclusive speed-meeting format where selected applicants will have the opportunity for short, focused meetings with both international and Danish supervisors who have a concrete mandate to find new music for film, TV, and advertising.
Meet The Music Supervisors takes place on Saturday, May 2, from 10:00–12:30 at Godsbanen, Aarhus, as part of SPOT+ 2026. If you are selected to participate, you must purchase your own conference ticket.
Applications must be submitted via the form HERE. The deadline to apply is March 13, and all applicants will receive a response no later than March 27.
Meet The Music Supervisors is presented by Danish Music Publishers Association and supported by Koda Kultur.
