International cultural exchange programs are always balancing on a wire that are being held by political agendas and financial support in a much harsher way than the rest of the cultural industry since war, ideology and local key contacts are some of the variables that makes these projects possible or impossible.
Which factors are key elements in creating equal access to the programs and how do we push the political agendas in Denmark and collaboration countries to ensure continuity and room to create mutually beneficial programs in a sustainable way?
