How can venues and cultural institutions best communicate their work with young cultural organizers and create sustainable frameworks for their engagement? This panel debate focuses on communication as a central key to inspire and include the next generation in the music industry.
The panel gathers stakeholders with experience working with young people and explores how existing initiatives can be strengthened and communicated for the benefit of other cultural institutions and venues. The discussion will center on how we, as an industry, can share knowledge, create networks, and develop solutions that strengthen both young people's opportunities and the sustainability of the industry – both socially and economically.
The debate is aimed at a professional forum and provides concrete perspectives and tools for actors who wish to enhance their efforts for young people in the music scene.
