Radisson Blu Room 4 Get direction
EN DK

For several years, it has been customary for songwriters to work without payment. It was only when the song was recorded and released that they could expect an income. But is that fair in today's music economy? Several producers wants the opportunity to receive payment for the master, as well as producer royalties, on top of their rights income. Is that fair? Here you will get the perspectives from a music lable, a publisher, and a songwriter.

Panel: Steffen Strojeck, founder and publisher/Official Music; Erkan Cakmak, A&R Manager/Sony Music; Julie Aagaard, songwriter/KIll J, board member/DPA

Moderator: Niels Mosumgaard, songwriter, musician, head of board/Grønnere Musik and Danish Songwriting Academy

This panel is a part of the seminar Let's Talk Music Publishing.

The panel will be in Danish.

Presented by The Danish Music Publishers in cooperation with SPOT+ and Promus.

Flere producere ønsker muligheden for dels at få betaling for masteren, dels at få producerroyalty - oven i deres rettighedsindtægter.

Panel: Steffen Strojeck, stifter og forlægger/Official Music; Erkan Cakmak, A&R Manager/Sony Music; Julie Aagaard, sangskriver/KIll J, bestyrelsesmedlem/DPA
