Aarhus-based Rigmor provides melancholic indie rock in the sphere between the gentle and the clamorous.
The band, which consists of Sarah Wichmann, Oliver Stewart, Victor Sousa and Lasse Lykke, released their debut album ‘Glade Blinde Børn’ (2022) to great acclaim from GAFFA and Weekendavisen among others. In March 2024 Rigmor released their newest album ‘Vælter Vi Mørket’, which will be brought to the stage this spring.
Abroad the band has received attention for their KEXP live session on the broadcasting channel’s YouTube-page. The live session currently has over 100.000 plays and has exposed Rigmors danish lyrics to the whole world, leading to interviews in Poland and Malaysia.
On stage Rigmor has also distinguished themselves as one of the most impactful Danish live acts in recent years. Their performances are characterized by a strong sense of authenticity and great bursts of energy. Now, once again, you can look forward to an extraordinary live music experience when Rigmor visits SPOT, this time bringing some brand new tracks with them.
