Prototypen is a brand new artist from Aarhus. He sings about the absurd and beautiful in the banalities of life. When you listen to Prototypen’s songs, you are initially hit by joy and laughter, but the more you listen, contemplation creeps in.
With his observing and honest approach to the world, Prototypen never attempts to be something other than what he is. He sings of our modern life, but at the same time he has roots in an old Danish music culture, bringing to mind artists like C.V. Jørgensen, Povl Dissing, Røde Mor and Troels Trier.
