How can discussions in music industry-relevant Facebookgroups be used to strengthen the community within the industry? Online music (industry) communities like 'Musikbevægelsen af 2019' and 'Musikbranchen Buzz og Bizz' are carry cultural value within the music world and can contribute to cohesion as well as polarisation between its members. This is often made visible in the discussions within the groups, where the oppositions sometimes are made very clear. How can disagreements contribute to a positive development? When does a disagreement turn into a conflict? What role does the online communities play regarding the general tone within the industry? And how does the mediators and administrators see their own responsibility in relation to these questions?
