Can the music industry solve global challenges?
Large global agendas such as sustainability and diversity are increasingly prominent in public discourse, and this is reflected in the funding opportunities available to Danish cultural actors for international projects. Specifically, this includes international cultural funding from the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, as well as the Creative Europe program by the European Commission.
But how can music address significant political agendas, and it does that even lie within the sector’s responsibilities?
Learn from the experiences of music industry actors and gain insight into funding opportunities for international music projects in this panel debate organized by the Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces in collaboration with Promus.
