Yes there will. We work very hard to make a complete and safe festival experience at SPOT 2021 for you in September full of music and good vibes. And we are looking very much forward to seeing you!
As close to normal as possible but naturally with a great focus on safety. With the moving of the date to September we have the possibilities to scale up our capacity more than calculated so the SPOT 2021-experience will be as full as possible.
If the great accident should occur and we against all odds can’t complete SPOT 2021 in September it will of course be possible to get a refund for your ticket. Alternatively you can get your ticket transferred to SPOT 2022 which we would appreciate very much – because our greatest wish is to celebrate SPOT with you.
The full lineup should be ready in midt August according to plans but you know us – if we can add more music in the days to follow, we will do it. So buy your ticket as soon as you see an artist that you want to experience live.
In the heart of Aarhus as always. It will be possible to se concerts at both venues and outdoor scenes, exactly as you know SPOT. We have made a whole new plan for 2021 which we look forward to present to you, when we get closer to September.
Naturally we have a higher focus on the security for all participants at SPOT 2021 – this includes volunteers, musicians, audience and everything in-between. That is also why we keep us updated on the current restrictions so we make sure that everything on the festival area follows orders before we “open the door” on September 16th. You will probably run into a hand-sanitizing dispenser here and there so a great level of hygiene is kept but besides that we cross our fingers that the necessity for protective equipment is at a minimal.
When you move a festival date yet again within short notice there are many things that need to work together and especially for a festival like SPOT where you are depending on the capacity of the local venues. Luckily the culture and concerts are up and running again and the venues are booked with amazing concerts. That means for us that we had to be a bit creative with the days to be able to make SPOT 2021 as close to normal as possible. That is why we ended on Thursday and Friday this time.
We aim to have more than 120 concerts over the two days that is SPOT 2021. Hopefully nobody will go home without a handful of great music experiences.
There will be food stands with delicious meals and snacks as well as bars where you can get a hold of cold drinks and other beverages – both with and without alcohol.
If you have asked to get your ticket transferred to SPOT 2021 in September then we will make sure that you have a new and valid ticket before the festival starts. If you have any doubts you’re always welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
