The Cathedral of Aarhus (Aarhus Domkirke)

Build in the last decade of the 12th century Aarhus Cathedral has had its place in the city centre for many, many years. The Cathedral was radically rebuilt around the year 1450 to a Gothic cathedral and is the longest church in Denmark. Seats approximately 1200 people so if you want to explore the cathedral from the inside too there should be a seat free.
