Icelandic Sigurvin Sigurdsson plays his rude and charming folk and country songs together with his band that trace their roots to Greenland, Denmark and the Carribean. Songs about rootlessness, abuse and love follows a country tradition known from artists such as Townes Van Zandt. The 7 piece group moves from up-tempo to slow hymns about troubled love.
Presented by Way Up North.
